The Opportunity
A-List Hospitality Group rents vehicles to approved gig drivers on Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon Flex, and Grubhub. Demand from drivers is constant — what limits our growth is fleet size. That's where our JV partners come in: you provide a vehicle (or the capital for one), we put it to work in our rental program, and we split the earnings.
How the Partnership Works
1. You Provide the Vehicle — Bring a qualifying vehicle into the fleet, or fund the purchase of one we source and manage.
2. We Manage Everything — Driver vetting, bookings, insurance coordination, maintenance scheduling, and collections are all handled by our team.
3. You Get Paid — Receive your share of rental revenue on a set schedule (e.g. monthly), with reporting on utilization and earnings.

What vehicles qualify?
We prefer Toyotas Camrys, Honda Accords, Ford Fusions, Chevy Malibus from the year 2014 and up.
How is revenue split?
60/40 or 50/50 are the options we have.
How often are payouts made?
All payouts are made at the end of every month.
Who handles maintenance costs?
Maintenance cost is handle by the owner; if we agree to handle maintenance cost we will deduct it from your monthly payout.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
There is no minimum commitment period but we do require a month advance notice if you would like to remove your vehicle from our fleet.
What happens if the vehicle is damaged?
We make sure each vehicle is covered with insurance; in case of an accident we have policies in place to make sure the vehicle is repaired and back on the road quickly.
